You agree to consult with a physician or healthcare provider external to Ténacité before starting any new fitness or nutrition program and to follow all safety guidelines provided.
5. No Returns or Exchanges
5.1 Services
All services purchased from Ténacité are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once a service is purchased, it must be used within 180 days from the date of purchase. Unused services after this period will be forfeited.
5.2 Products
All products purchased are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please review all product descriptions and specifications carefully before making a purchase.
Refunds cannot be processed once an order as been placed so please ensure you are happy with the product you are purchasing.
5.3 Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To request a cancellation, please email us at info@tenacite.com. In your email, include the following details:

Once your cancellation request is received, we will process it within 2 working days. Please note that cancellations must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.

Services purchased must be completed within 180 days of the purchase date. Any services not utilised within this timeframe will be considered expired and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
